Workers' Comp Services:
Post Injury Evaluations to include:

• Follow up of on job injury
• Removal of sutures, dressing changes etc.
• Referral and follow up of physical therapy
• Coordinate case management with specialist physician
• Report to employer/supervisor of employee status
• Return-to-Work evaluation
• Evaluate employee based on job-specific requirements
• Identify temporary work restrictions and return to light duty if required
